What You'll Be Doing
We're hiring a new Senior Business Development Manager to lead our APAC sales team, managing a team of 5. We see this role as primarily a people leadership position, not purely an individual contributor position.
You'll Have The Opportunity To
- Lead and develop the APAC sales function.
- Drive performance and accountability amongst the existing team and future hires
- Manage change within the team
- Continue growing the APAC region strategically This role is not about teaching a team and team members how to sell but someone to help elevate performance

What we're looking for:

- Demonstrable sales management experience in a B2B setting
- Strong people leadership skills and experience managing teams through periods of change.
- Professional services sales background
- Extensive B2B sales experience as an individual contributor
- Credibility to manage experienced, high-performing salespeople
It Would Also Be Great If You Had
- Experience selling B2B services/products into the APAC market, particularly in the Professional Services segment
- Exposure to selling products/services to law firms
Role Information
- Hybrid workplace - 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote
- Working hours - 7am to 3pm (due to operating in the APAC market)
- This role is based in London or Bristol
- Experience in managing sales teams in a B2B environment is essential
