Your Role
As the Commercial Manager, you will focus on driving additional product adoption among our existing customer base. The role will collaborate closely with the VP of Growth & Expansion to develop and execute targeted selling campaigns to drive the uptake of expansion products focused on the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing Re-Leased customers in EMEA and articulate the value proposition and benefits of our expansion products.
- Conduct needs assessments through strategic questioning to uncover unmet requirements and demonstrate to customers how RL expansion products directly solve their challenges—often more effectively than they were previously aware.
- Leverage technology to effectively communicate product value and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate channels promptly and efficiently.
- Act as a product evangelist internally, supporting the training, education, and development of the core frontline teams in your region for the expansion products.
- Provide feedback to the product team on development priorities for expansion product enhancement.
- Maintain excellent relationships across all key business functions to ensure alignment and collaboration for team success.

Experience & Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of the Re-Leased platform and its capabilities.
- Proven track record of closing new business or renewing customer contracts over an extended period while consistently exceeding quota targets.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
- At least 3+ years of experience in either:
- Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry knowledge.
- B2B software sales.
- Strong ability to communicate technical content clearly and influence customer decision-making.
