MacGregor Black is partnering with an established FMCG business to recruit a Commercial Manager to lead key grocery accounts.
You'll be responsible for developing joint business plans, leading customer negotiations, identifying growth opportunities and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategic grocery retail accounts.
- Lead annual negotiations and joint business planning.
- Deliver sales, profit and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stakeholders.
- Develop customer-specific growth strategies based on market and shopper insights.
- Own customer P&L performance and commercial forecasting.
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to execute commercial plans.
- Manage promotional planning and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and support the successful delivery of business objectives.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing grocery retail customers within an FMCG environment.
- Strong negotiation and commercial planning skills.
- Excellent analytical ability with a data-led approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, growth-focused mindset with the ability to influence across the business.
Salary - £60k+
