Join a global beauty-led business working behind the scenes with some of the most iconic names in beauty and personal care. Combining creativity, innovation and commercial expertise, the company partners with brands to create memorable consumer experiences that bring products to life in-store and beyond. Fast-paced, trend-aware and deeply connected to the beauty world, this is an exciting environment for someone who loves brands, products and the ever-evolving beauty landscape.

The Role

As Commercial Manager (Implant) you’ll act as the bridge between customer briefs, creative concepts and technical delivery, helping to transform ideas into high-quality, commercially viable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded commercial professional to play a key role in supporting the growth of a leading beauty-focused business partnering with some of the most recognisable names in the industry. Working closely with customers, sales teams and international development offices, you’ll use your technical expertise, commercial awareness and relationship-building skills to develop proposals, challenge factory recommendations, support negotiations and ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations around quality, timing and budget. This is a highly customer-facing role suited to someone who understands beauty merchandising, manufacturing or POS environments and enjoys bringing innovative, practical solutions to life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
