Commercial Manager – Defence
Hybrid - Opportunities UK wide (2-3 days onsite)
£40000 - £75000 (doe) + car allowance, private medical, 5% contributory pension, 25 days holiday + bank hols, life assurance.
Outsource UK are recruiting Commercial Managers and Senior Commercial Managers to support major UK Defence programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects, delivering commercial and procurement expertise across the full contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop procurement and commercial strategies
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities
- Manage contracts and supplier relationships
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks
- Support negotiations and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure compliance with Defence procurement regulations

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Commercial Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or Supplier Management
- Background within Defence, Government, Aerospace, Engineering, Infrastructure, or a regulated industry
- Experience with NEC, FIDIC, or JCT contract forms
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Must be a Sole UK National and eligible for SC Clearance
