Corporate Commercial Manager | Warrington
£45,000 - £50,000 Basic + Up to 30% Bonus (OTE £65,000)
A leading provider of workplace alcohol and drug testing services is looking for a Corporate Commercial Manager to drive growth across UK and international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to combine business development, account management, and team leadership within a well-established, growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and develop existing accounts
- Lead and coach a small commercial team
- Create and implement sales strategies
- Identify new market opportunities
- Manage pipelines, KPIs, and conversion rates
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers
- Work closely with marketing to maximise lead generation

What We're Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience
- Strong track record of winning new business and growing accounts
- Previous team leadership or management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
