Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor – European Luxury Projects
Location: London Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + competitive benefits (including generous training allowance, company credit card, and a competitive bonus)
About the Role
Join a unique client-side cost and project management consultancy, delivering high-end European luxury projects for the world’s most prestigious brands in retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors. Current projects span London, Paris, Monaco, Madrid, Milan, Zurich, and Düsseldorf.
The firm specialises in end-to-end large-scale refurbishments, using only the highest quality materials and cutting-edge design.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost estimation and forecasting
- Proactive cost management
- On-site progress tracking
- Variation control and contractual management
- Valuation and Agreement of Final Accounts
- Procurement coordination
- Cashflow and financial management

Requirements & Ideal Candidate
- Experience in construction cost/commercial roles as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager, ideally in a client-side consultancy environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors in a consulting setting
- Preference for (but not essential) corporate/leasing managers within luxury brands
- Luxury project experience or multi-language (especially European languages) would be advantageous
