Hey! We’re Plum, your smart saving and investing app on a mission to help grow money for life. Whether you’re saving for your first home or planning for retirement, Plum makes it easier to build wealth through automation and AI.

Since 2016, over 2 million people across 10 European markets have trusted Plum to help them save and invest more than £3 billion. Backed by a team of 250+ talented Plumsters across Europe, we're building the future of personal finance and we're just getting started.

The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Manager to own the growth, pricing, and profitability of Plum's savings products.

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising our savings book, including Cash ISAs, LISAs, and other deposit products. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Partnerships, you'll develop pricing strategies, drive deposit growth, and ensure our savings proposition remains competitive and commercially successful.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining commercial thinking, data-driven decision-making, and product strategy within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial performance and P&L of Plum's savings products, driving growth, profitability, and customer value.
  • Develop and optimise pricing and yield strategies in response to market conditions, competitor activity, and interest rate movements.
  • Manage the performance of the savings book, including balances, inflows, outflows, retention, and customer behaviour.
  • Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support commercial planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape the savings roadmap and launch new propositions and features.
  • Analyse product performance, customer behaviour, and unit economics to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market insights, commercial performance, and financial analysis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
