Commercial Sales Manager

£50,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious and rapidly growing pet food brand with a strong presence across Europe and exciting plans to further expand its UK operation.

The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with key retail, wholesale, and distribution partners, identifying new commercial opportunities, and delivering sustainable sales growth across the UK market.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

- Commercial or National Account Management experience within the pet food, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors
- Experience managing UK retail and/or wholesale customers
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach
Pet food industry experience would be highly advantageous.
