Hilton Foods are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will support the Sales Director in delivering strategic projects for customers and contributing to business development plans and new business wins. You will align the wider business on the customer’s key objectives while supporting the Site Insights Manager and NPD Manager to deliver customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director in delivering strategic plans while leading market outperformance.
- Adopt a customer-led approach for internal and external projects.
- Maintain a strong promotional plan and conduct periodic reviews of customer and Hilton KPIs.
- Lead the category review process to provide commercial insights to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the NPD team to ensure targeted innovation and EPD (Environmental Product Design) aligns with consumer trends and customer needs.
- Drive volume, value, and profitable growth in line with agreed budgets and joint business plans.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, we require:
- Strong account management experience, specifically in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), with direct experience managing Grocery Retail customers.
- Familiarity with MFPE (Meat and Fish Processing Equipment).
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to manage both internal and external key stakeholders.
- P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility experience.
- A proven track record of driving volume growth.
- A full driving licence.
