About the Role

- Develop, improve, and standardise operating models and ways of working
- Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes
- Configure leading change and improve performance sustainably
- Oversee commercial activity, ensuring integrated performance and decision-making
- Deliver the Commercial Excellence roadmap with prioritised governance and timelines

About You
Essential Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with multi-functional teams
- Ability to operate confidently at strategic and operational levels
- Strong stakeholder management and constructive influencing skills
- Experience developing operating models, governance, or performance frameworks
- Excel lymph analytical skills to simplify complex data into actionable insights
- Understanding of matrix and cross-functional environments
- Background in commercial, procurement, or regulated industries (water utilities preferred)
- Change management or transformation experience

Corporate Offer
Salary & Benefits
- £65,000–£70,000, depending on experience
- Annual bonus (up to 15% incentive)
- Car Allowance (£6,000)

Work Life Balance
