Commercial Manager – Foodservice – Solina/Rich Sauces
Lead the strategy. Drive growth. Shape the future of Foodservice.
Solina is one of Europe's leading food manufacturers, supplying innovative ingredient solutions, sauces and seasonings to customers across the food industry.
As part of their continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to lead their Foodservice channel across the island of Ireland.
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for developing and delivering the Foodservice strategy, driving sustainable growth and leading a team of Business Development Managers.
You'll work closely with customers, distributors and internal teams to strengthen existing partnerships, identify new opportunities and deliver innovative commercial solutions.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering the Foodservice commercial strategy.
- Driving revenue, profitability and market share growth.
- Building and strengthening relationships with key Foodservice customers and distribution partners.
- Leading commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing commercial team.
- Working collaboratively with Culinary, NPD, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams to bring innovative customer solutions to market.
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the business.

About You
You'll be a commercially driven leader with a strong understanding of the Foodservice sector.
You may currently work for a food manufacturer, distributor or brand owner, but you'll have a proven track record of delivering profitable growth, developing strategic customer relationships and leading successful commercial initiatives.
You'll combine strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship-building skills and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can influence both customers and colleagues.

You'll Bring
- Significant experience in Foodservice sales, commercial management or key account leadership.
- A strong understanding of the Foodservice market and routes to market.
- A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and profitability.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- The ability to think strategically while remaining focused on delivering results.
