Intelliscape is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our senior management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional to take real ownership of contracts, risk and compliance across a growing business, while playing a key role in shaping our wider business strategy.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll take the lead on the full commercial contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiating through to managing customer and supplier agreements across bid, delivery and support. You'll be the driving force behind risk assessment, governance and process improvement, working closely with Legal, Sales, Finance and Delivery to keep every deal commercially sound.

You'll also manage a broad range of agreements including NDAs, licences, teaming and collaboration agreements, and act as the primary point of contact between Intelliscape and the Modaxo Group Legal team.

Beyond contracts, you'll take ownership of two strategically important areas: data protection compliance (including UK GDPR obligations and DPIAs) and our Social Value strategy, ensuring we deliver on the commitments we make.

You'll play an active role in bids and tenders, providing commercial input on pricing strategy, risk and contract terms, and you'll be a go-to advisor for the wider business on procurement legislation, including the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Sector frameworks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
