The Commercial Manager role at Visibill Hub is a full-time, on-site position based in Coventry. The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial strategy, pricing, and revenue optimization, ensuring that client engagements are profitable and aligned with business goals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing commercial plans
- Managing client contracts
- Tracking performance against commercial targets
- Preparing reports and forecasts
This role will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support sustainable growth, negotiate agreements, and identify new business opportunities. The Commercial Manager will also:
- Lead and mentor team members
- Establish efficient processes
- Contribute to long-term planning for Visibill Hub’s portfolio of clients
Qualifications
- Strong Commercial Management and Contract Management skills to oversee agreements, pricing, and revenue models.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Business Planning capabilities to develop forecasts, budgets, and long-term commercial strategies.
- Effective Team Management skills to lead, coach, and coordinate cross-functional collaborators.

Beneficial Experience:
- Experience in marketing, digital agencies, or professional services environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel or other data and reporting tools, and familiarity with CRM or project management software, is an advantage.
Preferred Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
