Job Description

As a Commercial Marketing Manager, you will own and deliver the end-to-end development of food, drink and promotional propositions across our Premium Ventures estate, driving guest engagement, sales and profitability. You’ll work cross-functionally to transform insight into commercially compelling offers that are seamlessly executed across our pubs.

Qualifications

As Commercial Marketing Manager, you will…

  • Lead the development of customer-led food, drink and promotional propositions that drive spend, frequency and commercial growth
  • Translate guest, market and business insights into clear, actionable proposition strategies and briefs
  • Plan and deliver promotional activity aligned to key trading moments, maximising return on investment and customer engagement
  • Manage end-to-end activation, from concept through to in-pub execution and post-launch performance review
  • Use data, insight and EPOS systems to monitor performance, optimise activity and inform future decisions
  • Lead and develop a Commercial Marketing Executive, building a high-performing and collaborative team culture

What you’ll bring…

  • Proven experience in a commercial or marketing role, ideally within hospitality, retail or a multi-site environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales, margin and growth through customer-led propositions
  • Highly analytical, with experience turning data into actionable insights and performance improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the confidence to lead cross-functional activity
