Commercial - Membership & Loyalty £50k + bonus Midlands Region
I'm currently working with a global sporting organisation based in the Midlands region who are looking to hire a new role in the Membership & Loyalty department of the business.
The role will be driving the growth and development of the organisation's membership, driving sales growth in line with company revenue targets.
Looking to bring in someone who has worked in a similar commercial role across a membership, subscription, or affiliate-based service with experience in driving new members.

- Lead in managing the growth and development of the membership programme, and the delivery of member benefits across the club
- Drive Revenue of memberships across Europe and other regions globally
- Work closely with partnership, ticketing, and marketing departments to increase membership growth and retention
- Lead the relaunch of the membership and loyalty programme
- Drive membership revenue and increase the number of members across the organisation
- Be familiar with market trends and fan insights to tailor membership packages

Candidate Specification:
- Proven experience of delivering and managing a membership, subscription, or affiliate programme
- Experience in driving commercial and marketing campaigns across a membership programme and experience in driving high revenue numbers
- Commercially driven individual
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A strong written ability for creating reports and responding to members
- Full UK driving licence
