We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Commercial Office Manager to join our growing team at our London Headquarters, located in the iconic Mayfair district.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll be at the heart of our business, ensuring our office operates efficiently while supporting our commercial team through accurate data management, stock control, reporting, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office and back-office operations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain commercial databases.
- Update sales figures, reports, and business performance data.
- Manage stock control and inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
- Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support the Commercial Team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure office processes are efficient, organised, and continuously improved.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Commercial Administrator, Operations, or Office Coordination role.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of numerical accuracy.
- Experience managing stock or inventory systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work independently in a busy environment.
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership and drive operational excellence.

What You Need to Know
- This is a full-time, office-based position.
- You will be required to work from our London Headquarters in Mayfair five days per week.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business, supporting multiple departments, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
