About the Role
Our Customer Commercial team plays a key role in supporting the commercial foundations required to secure our first SMR order and deliver future fleet deployment. We work with strategic customers, suppliers, and partners to develop commercial models, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth delivery across customer programs.

This role supports the preparation of commercial submissions, coordinates negotiation materials, manages customer-facing documentation, and contributes to the governance and maturity of our commercial processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and approval of customer proposals, including document review, formatting, and analysis of contract terms and pricing summaries for governance purposes.

- Provide support to the drafting, reviewing, and finalizing of customer-facing commercial agreements.
- Manage the Customer Commercial shared inbox and triage incoming requests to ensure effective communication flow.
- Support internal coordination including meetings, action tracking, senior meeting materials, and reporting.
- Maintain commercial governance and support continuous improvement across processes, templates, and reporting structures.
- Present information clearly and concisely for both internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting commercial contracting or pricing activities, or the ability to quickly learn how contracting and pricing models operate.
- Experience supporting the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts or commercial agreements.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple workstreams, maintain records, prepare documentation, and support shared inbox management.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and document-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams/SharePoint.
- Strong written communication skills and experience preparing stakeholder-ready materials.
- Experience interfacing with stakeholders across a variety of functions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
