Commercial Officer

Working location: Bristol/Hybrid

You will be someone who can build relationships and influence across the organisation. You’ll have an aptitude for understanding our business and how to shape commercial deals, ensuring a balance of risk and reward across a culturally diverse range of customers. We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • Analytical skills
  • Sound business judgement
  • Articulation and confidence in dealing with ambiguity
  • A willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower capture teams to win and deliver better business outcomes by:
    • Supporting the development of accurate, timely, and innovative contractual solutions for customers and partners
    • Drafting and negotiating contract terms, employing appropriate strategies and engaging relevant subject matter experts

Experience Preference

  • Previous commercial and contracting experience is advantageous

Security Requirements

  • For this role, you must have or be eligible for a Security Check clearance.
  • Rolls-Royce will support the Security Clearance application if you currently do not hold it.
  • Eligibility: Due to work nature, applicants must be a UK national (or MoD-approved dual national in specific cases).
