Responsibilities Include

- Leading all aspects of contract management, reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Dealing with client contracts, HR for employment contracts, and supplier contracts
- Shaping our contracts management process, policies, document organization
- Negotiating agreements with prospects, clients, and suppliers
- Updating contract templates
- Monitoring and preparing for changes in legal requirements
- Tracking and filing process
