The Madein Group operates across creative marketing, influencer marketing, content production, brand partnerships, and social commerce. Together, we work with international brands, creators, and business partners to deliver commercial campaigns and content-led growth across multiple markets.
About the Role
This is a practical, business-facing legal role supporting the company’s day-to-day commercial activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to review and manage commercial agreements, provide practical legal support, and collaborate with external legal counsel on more complex matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and amend routine commercial agreements, including influencer, client, freelancer, and supplier contracts, as well as NDAs.
- Support contract negotiations and coordinate contract execution.
- Identify key contractual risks and recommend balanced, practical solutions.
- Provide commercially focused legal support to internal business teams.
- Maintain contract records, templates, and other legal documentation.
- Support improvements to contract templates, workflows, and legal processes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare internal guidance where required.
- Liaise with external legal counsel on matters requiring specialist advice.

Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
- 1–3 years’ experience in commercial contracts, in-house legal support, or a similar legal role.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in advertising, media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or cross-border business would be an advantage.
- Mandarin language skills would be an advantage due to collaboration with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- A UK legal practising qualification is not required.
