Commercial Partner – Leeds – £160,000+ + Bonus

A leading national Legal 500 law firm with an outstanding reputation is looking for a Commercial Solicitor / Partner to join its growing Leeds office. You will advise an impressive client base ranging from major UK businesses to international organisations on complex commercial, technology, outsourcing and intellectual property matters, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm's Commercial practice.

This Commercial Solicitor / Partner role in Leeds offers the opportunity to build and develop your own practice within a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Working alongside nationally recognised Partners, you will benefit from strong cross-referral opportunities, high-quality work and the autonomy to shape your long-term career. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor / Partner in Leeds looking to join a forward-thinking national firm with ambitious growth plans.

The Role:

  • Advise clients on a broad range of commercial contracts, outsourcing and technology matters
  • Support businesses on strategic commercial projects across multiple sectors
  • Lead complex, high-value transactions and provide commercially focused legal advice
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships while growing your own practice
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate, Technology, Intellectual Property and Regulatory teams
  • Play a leading role in business development and strategic growth initiatives
  • Mentor and support junior lawyers within the Commercial team
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the Leeds Commercial practice

The Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in commercial law
  • Currently operating at Partner level or an ambitious Legal Director seeking Partnership
  • Strong background advising on commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing or intellectual property matters
  • Proven track record of winning work and developing long-term client relationships
  • Existing client following or strong business development credentials advantageous
  • Commercially minded with excellent technical and strategic advisory skills
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring junior lawyers
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial with the desire to help grow a leading Commercial practice
