Job Description

Sluzzle is seeking a strategic Commercial Partner to pioneer our B2B route-to-market. You will lead the transition from a consumer-focused sleep education platform to an essential employee wellbeing benefit. This role involves shaping our B2B strategy, opening high-level employer conversations, and testing positioning with HR leaders to drive initial growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and test B2B positioning to open thoughtful conversations with HR, wellbeing leads, and benefits consultants.
  • Build and manage relationships with occupational health providers and SME founders to establish Sluzzle as a key partner.
  • Shape the long-term commercial strategy and sales playbook for Sluzzle’s employer-facing health and wellbeing offerings.

The ideal candidate

  • Brings 7+ years of commercial experience with a proven track record in B2B health, wellbeing, or SaaS sales.
  • Possesses an existing, credible network within HR, employee benefits, or occupational health sectors across the UK.
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset to build a route-to-market from scratch rather than just executing a standard playbook.
