Commercial Partner – Manchester – Leading National Firm - Up to £160k
A leading Legal 500 national law firm with a strong UK and international presence is looking for a Commercial Solicitor / Partner to join its growing Manchester office. You will work with a high-quality client base across real estate, infrastructure, financial services and international corporates, advising on complex commercial and strategic matters within a well-established and highly regarded practice.
The Role:
- Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts including outsourcing, supply, joint ventures and strategic projects
- Work with clients across key sectors including real estate, infrastructure, financial services and international businesses
- Support on complex, high-value and cross-border transactions
- Build and develop client relationships within an established national platform
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Manchester office
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices on multi-disciplinary matters
- Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team
- Play an active role in business development and profile-raising initiatives

The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts and advisory work
- Currently operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director or junior Partner level
- Portable following or demonstrable track record of originating work and generating revenue
- Background from a reputable national, city or strong regional law firm
- Evidence of business development capability and client relationship management
- Exposure to key sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, finance or international trade advantageous
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Ambitious with a desire to develop and grow within a leading Manchester platform
