About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business revenue across assigned portfolio brands, with a clear focus on integrated portfolio-selling rather than single-brand advertising sales.
  • Develop strong commercial relationships with clients, agencies and industry partners, using those relationships to identify cross-brand, multi-product and long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Sell integrated solutions across print, digital, events, webinars, lead generation and sponsored content, ensuring client proposals are aligned to wider portfolio objectives and not limited to individual brand inventory.
  • Conduct proactive face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Support strategic account development, portfolio-wide commercial initiatives, client retention planning and structured account growth activity.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Revenue and wider commercial teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, networking events and client meetings.
  • Maintain active pipeline management and CRM reporting, ensuring opportunities are visible, accurate and shared appropriately across the wider Engineering commercial team.
  • Deliver high levels of account management and client service.
  • Identify, document and progress opportunities for cross-brand collaboration, campaign integration and multi-product client solutions.
  • Contribute to regular portfolio planning discussions with Engineering Leads, sharing client insight, market intelligence, pipeline risks and opportunities across assigned brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
