Starting salary: estimated £50k-£70k DOE
Breakdown:
- Base of £20,000
- 7.5% of all directly-sourced revenue
- 5% of all agency-sourced revenue
CMD Films produce football-based content across multiple channels for an audience of millions. We are looking for a proactive, driven individual to lead and grow sponsorship revenue across the ChrisMD brand.

Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised with strong project management skills
- Experience in brand partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or media sales
- Understanding of YouTube, social media platforms, and creator-led content
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- Existing network of brand or agency contacts
- Familiarity with sports, football, or entertainment content
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- London-based/able to travel 3 times a week to London to work in an office, in addition to remote working, or on location
- Extensive knowledge of the ChrisMD YouTube channel and UK YouTube scene
- Flexibility
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to respond positively to feedback

Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships, delivering high-quality campaigns, and ensuring long-term commercial success
- Identifying, approaching, and securing brand partnerships aligned with the ChrisMD audience and content style
- Leading negotiations on sponsorship deals, ensuring strong commercial outcomes
- Managing end-to-end campaign execution, from initial outreach to final delivery
- Acting as the primary contact for brand partners, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Collaborating on creative integration of ads within YouTube videos and social content
- Overseeing timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns run smoothly
- Expanding revenue opportunities across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Analysing campaign performance and provide insights for future partnerships
- Liaising with Chris to align brand campaigns and content to his commercial visions
- Ad hoc jobs within the company (any other reasonable request given from the Company Director or Head of Production)
