Job Title: Commercial Partnerships Manager
Base Location: Swansea
Hours of work: 37.5 per week
Responsible to: Commercial Director
Contractual Status: Permanent
Role Summary
Working closely with the wider commercial team, responsible for seeking new partnerships and building and maintaining relationships with partners ensuring effective rights delivery and excellent service to all Ospreys commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities
- Proactively build relationships in the region, and create partnerships that deliver new revenues
- Network the region, with local businesses, clubs, and ensure Ospreys is front and centre of any opportunity
- Drive and grow the local sponsorship product
- Develop and manage outstanding relationships with our customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions and propositions to drive sustainable and profitable growth
- Ensure the delivery of local/regional sponsor deals with the aim to over deliver on client expectations
- Working with wider team to develop marketing and activation plans
- Management and delivery of all commercial rights and work hand in hand with the delivery of URC rights
- Ensuring delivery of matchday assets and obligations
- Ensure key clients needs are delivered on match day
- Creating partner contracts
- Visibility and supporting the hosting of matchdays
- Organising, Conducting and Actioning business reviews with all partners including the creation and presentation of reports including those which demonstrate ROI to allocated partners
- Consistently exceed the budgeted match by match sales, and seasonal sales target for hospitality
- Lead generation and conversion of hospitality and event sales, exploiting current data and exploring strategies to engage with new customers
- Work with internal marketing teams to maximise game day sales
- Work effectively as part of the commercial team to meet the expectations for productivity and quality, and strive for continuous improvement

- Excellent network within South Wales (Swansea, Neath and Bridgend and the surrounding area)
- Experience of delivering outstanding customer experience
- Experience of working in a high sales focused organisation
- Experience of working with discretion in a professional environment
- Track record of selling sponsorship and hospitality products in sport/ leisure
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively reach cold leads via phone and email
