What you could be doing: Depending on your background, your role could include a mix of the following: Building relationships with new and existing commercial partners Identifying new growth opportunities across regions, verticals, and campaign types Driving new business revenue and/or growing existing client accounts Creating proposals, pitch materials, campaign recommendations, and commercial strategies Managing campaigns from initial commercial discussions through to handover or ongoing growth Working cross-functionally with client services, operations, product, and marketing teams Helping improve the way we sell, manage, and scale partnerships globally Contributing ideas, structure, and commercial thinking that raise the level of the wider team What we're looking for: We’d love to hear from people who bring some combination of the following: Experience in partnerships, account management, client services, media sales, affiliate / performance marketing, or sponsored partnerships Strong commercial instincts and sound judgement The ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and create confidence with clients A track record of driving revenue, growing accounts, or closing valuable partnerships A proactive mindset and a willingness to improve how things are done Comfort working in a fast-moving business where priorities can evolve quickly International / global commercial experience is a plus We are less focused on one exact title and more interested in exceptional people who can clearly add value.
