Innovative Dairy Business | Senior Commercial Planning Manager

£50k based on a 3-day working week

West London – Office based | Part-time - 3 days per week

Our client:

An ambitious and fast-scaling premium food business that’s redefining the chilled dairy and desserts space. With a legacy rooted in European craftsmanship and a strong UK presence, this business is known for its innovative approach to private label and branded offerings across major grocery retailers.

Backed by significant investment and a clear long-term vision, they’re entering an exciting new phase – expanding capabilities, investing significantly, refining strategy, and setting the foundation for sustainable growth across the UK and European markets.

The Role:

This Senior Commercial Planning Manager position sits at the heart of shaping the future direction of a private label division that represents c50% of UK operations. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial, and innovation, helping define “where to play” and “how to win”.

Not your typical execution role - this is a genuine opportunity to shape long-term thinking, influence senior decision-making, and build the roadmap for future growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
