About us:

Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn't an option.

And that problem isn't exclusive to the military, either. Students living in University accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.

Conventional home broadband doesn't always work for them.

Wifinity is different. We offer the same benefits as traditional broadband, such as super-fast speeds, WiFi, and secure and private networks, but none of the downsides. We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.

We take the complexity out of connectivity.

The Opportunity:

This is a hands-on commercial finance role where you will help shape pricing decisions for real B2B opportunities, from early bid evaluation through to contract signature. You will work closely with finance, commercial, operations, and delivery teams, using data, judgement, and challenge to make sure our proposals are competitive, robust, and commercially sustainable.

Key areas of focus:

We are looking for a Commercial Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Finance function. In this role, you will support the development of our B2B pricing approach and bid financials, helping to ensure proposals are commercially sound, aligned to strategy, and financially robust.

You will work across the end-to-end bid process, from early-stage evaluation through to contract signature, supporting pricing decisions, financial modelling, and governance activities. You will play a key role in ensuring assumptions, costs, and commercial structures are accurate, consistent, and sustainable. Alongside bid support, you will help maintain our pricing intelligence capability, including procurement cost tracking and supporting the continuous improvement of our pricing frameworks through data and post-bid analysis.

This role places greater emphasis on applying strong commercial judgement within established pricing frameworks than on building complex models from scratch. You will focus on interpreting outputs, sense-checking assumptions, and ensuring that pricing decisions are commercially robust and aligned to real-world dynamics. The role will require some financial modelling to develop more bespoke analyses outside of standard frameworks when required.

You will work closely with teams across finance, commercial, operations, and delivery to support pricing, modelling, and commercial decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
