Your main responsibilities will include:

Commercial Master Data

  • Map and understand current Master Data processes, tools, and gaps that impact accuracy.
  • Design and recommend improved processes and tools to drive “right-first-time” data management across markets.
  • Develop a tracking process to ensure accountability and timely completion.

Gross Price Analysis (Sales & Operations Planning)

  • Support Karo’s financial forecasting improvement project.
  • Load Gross Price files from regional leads into the S&OP server and conduct initial analyses.
  • Identify and share errors or inconsistencies for correction using automated analytics.

Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Implementation

  • Act as a key contact between markets and consultant partners as we roll out TPM software in four European countries (2025–2026).
  • Coordinate data loading, ensure timely delivery (OTIF), and support initial system testing.
  • Document Karo’s data flows to and from the TPM tool.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Master Data Management or Trade Promotions Management, ideally within healthcare, FMCG, or consumer goods.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain and commercial operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Commercial experience or exposure is a plus.
