Senior Procurement & Commercial Manager – Offshore Wind
Led the end-to-end procurement and commercial management of major offshore wind packages, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects from development through execution and close-out.
Held commercial responsibility for high-value contracts across Wind Turbine Generator (WTG), Marine Installation (MIP), Electrical Systems Infrastructure (ESI), substations, export cables, and balance of plant works, ensuring robust commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Developed and implemented procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, market conditions, and risk profiles, delivering value for money while maintaining programme and quality requirements.
Managed all pre- and post-contract commercial activities, including:
- Tender preparation
- Supplier prequalification

Produced accurate cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and commercial reporting, providing clear financial visibility to senior leadership and supporting informed decision-making.
Identified, assessed, and mitigated commercial and contractual risks through proactive contract management, supplier engagement, and robust commercial controls.
Managed contract claims and dispute resolution, preparing detailed entitlement assessments, negotiating settlements, and safeguarding project and business objectives.
