This is an 18 month FTC role.
Are you ready to step into a high-impact Commercial Programme and Project Manager role where your work directly shapes growth, efficiency and customer experience across a dynamic retail environment? In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, translating ambitious commercial goals into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes. Whether leading large-scale store rollouts, digital upgrades or omnichannel integration, you’ll bring structure to complexity - managing timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks with confidence. Your ability to align cross-functional stakeholders, track KPIs, and drive accountability will be key to delivering results that support regional performance, operational efficiency and long-term growth.

You’ll thrive on building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partner across the business. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you’ll confidently engage with senior leaders, external partners and diverse internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity at every stage. Your strong commercial awareness, combined with expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2, will enable you to implement effective governance, manage risk proactively and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced retail or digital commerce environment.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering complex programmes, strong organisational and analytical capabilities, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with confidence. If you bring experience in retail or digital commerce, omnichannel transformation, stakeholder engagement at all levels, and the use of tools like MS Project or Asana, you’ll be well positioned to succeed.
