Renault Group UK is seeking a talented graduate trainee to join our Commercial Planning team in the UK.

Key Objective

To assist the Commercial Programmes Manager in the construction and deployment of the quarterly Commercial Action Plan (PAC) Cycle with the dealer network.

What will you be doing?

You'll be based in our head office in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire gaining hands-on experience of our business and learning the many valuable skills you'll need to work in this ground-breaking industry. Key Tasks

  • Take ownership of the Total Price Value Adjusted (TPVA) commercial pricing tool & receive continuous feedback on it.
  • Be responsible for the reporting of daily market statistics around the group.
  • Manage and develop reporting tools to track and share progress against locally driven objectives.
  • Be the project owner of the TVPA, ensuring all commercial departments are aware and able to use the report to quickly understand the commercial market conditions.
  • Develop and report on daily activity for the Renault Group, through the daily registrations and order reports.
  • Deliver reports on event efficacy, with feedback and proposals on future commercial promotions.
  • Support the Commercial Programmes Manager with sales alert communication and offer grids to our retailer network and to facilitate the motability programme for Renault Brand in the UK.

You will be encouraged to take ownership of your personal development, continually learning through different projects and roles. Through regular meetings with your line manager, you will be supported and guided through your work.

  • Salary: £30,000
  • This is a 24-month, fixed term contract.
