Our private label product solutions include bean-to-bar chocolate, couvertures, pralines, truffles, nougat, brittles, and sugar confectionery. We manage the entire process, from concept development through to production and delivery.

About the Role

Join the Monty Bojangles private label team and help us to continue to develop innovative, bespoke solutions to help drive growth in the category for our retail partners. If you’re ready to take the next step into your career and make a real impact in premium private label confectionery, we would love to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of customer projects from initial brief through to launch, working closely with major UK retailers, manufacturing partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative private label confectionery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of NPD and product launches, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams including Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality to coordinate successful product development and delivery.
  • Interpret customer briefs and translate requirements into actionable development plans, coordinating product, packaging, artwork, and sample submissions.
  • Maintain critical paths, ensuring all stakeholders meet agreed deadlines and launch milestones.
  • Conduct market, retailer, and trend analysis, including store visits, gap analysis, and performance reviews to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Prepare customer presentations, costings, and project updates, while responding promptly to customer queries and requests.
  • Support commercial activities through supplier negotiations, pricing analysis, forecasting, production planning, and EPOS performance analysis.
  • Manage product and customer system set-up, specification submissions, testing programmes, and launch administration to ensure a smooth route to market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
