Handle Recruitment is seeking a Project/Programme Manager with varied experience across matrix/blue-chip organisations to join a global tech brand!
This is a 6 month contract to begin ASAP, hybrid working in Central London, day rate equivalent of up to £145k salary
This role involves managing complex, large-scale projects with a strong commercial focus, often across diverse markets and industries. Our client is looking for someone who can handle multiple initiatives autonomously, work confidently with cross-functional teams, and deliver tangible growth outcomes. It's about leading projects from feasibility through to launch or development, all while maintaining a clear strategic and commercial perspective.

In this role you will:
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, covering greenfield launches or market expansions and improvements.
- Coordinate closely with sales, legal, finance, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, often working across multiple regions and zones.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, motivating teams and maintaining clear communication.
- Use market and performance data to guide project priorities and maximise growth opportunities.

- Extensive experience managing large-scale projects, with a strong commercial acumen, ideally in blue-chip companies or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of working independently with little oversight.
- Deep understanding of sales channels and customer engagement in retail, telecoms, or related sectors.
- Strong communicator with the ability to connect with multiple teams and motivate with respect.
