Hafod is looking for an ambitious Commercial Property & Acquisitions Manager to lead our commercial property portfolio, drive acquisitions and buy-back opportunities, and help deliver high-quality homes and sustainable communities. If you're commercially astute, experienced in property acquisitions, and passionate about creating positive social impact, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead Hafod's commercial property portfolio while driving acquisitions and buy-back opportunities that support the delivery of high-quality homes and sustainable communities. You'll be responsible for maximising the performance and value of our commercial assets and exploring new ventures, building strong relationships with tenants, leaseholders, developers and key external partners, and identifying opportunities that align with Hafod's social purpose and long-term objectives.
