Commercial Property Administrator (Student Accommodation)

We’re looking for a Commercial Property Administrator (Student Accommodation) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (37 hours per week). Based in Swansea with agile working, this is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the delivery of services across student accommodation and commercial properties managed by Codi and our university partners.

About the role

You’ll play an important part in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From raising and tracking work orders, managing costs and recharges, and maintaining accurate records, to supporting performance reporting and contract administration, you’ll help ensure our accommodation services are delivered efficiently and professionally.

No two days will be the same. One day you could be producing KPI reports and working with financial data; the next you might be coordinating meetings, supporting compliance activity, responding to partner queries, or liaising with contractors and colleagues across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving and working with data, while building their experience within student accommodation, commercial property and asset management.

Skills and experience needed

We're looking for someone with experience in an administrative role who can manage a busy workload, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent support to colleagues and customers.

  • You'll be confident using databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications to update information, monitor activity, and produce reports.
  • Experience of work order administration, cost tracking, financial data handling, or performance reporting would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to organise your work, meet deadlines, and follow processes accurately.
  • You'll also need good communication skills and be comfortable liaising with colleagues, contractors, universities, and external partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
