Partner Agent – Commercial Property Expert (Independent Schemes)
Are you an experienced commercial property professional with the knowledge and track record to operate at a higher level, but without the platform, network, and infrastructure to fully capitalise on that opportunity?
The Commercial Property Experts provides the platform. As a Partner Agent, you build your own commercial business with the structure, credibility, and systems already in place, so you can focus on winning and delivering high-value instructions instead of building the business infrastructure from scratch.
Earnings Potential
- You earn 70% of the fee on every completed transaction.
- Typical fees range from £6,000 to £10,000+ per property.
- Complete two commercial transactions per month and earn a gross income of £100,000+ in your first year.

- Higher-value transactions mean fewer completions are needed to achieve significant earnings.
- Income grows as your deal flow and network expand.
- Residual and scalable income available through network growth.
