Commercial Property Agent
Are you an experienced commercial property professional with the knowledge and track record to operate at a higher level, but without the platform, network and infrastructure to fully capitalise on that opportunity?
The Commercial Property Experts provides the platform. As a Partner Agent, you build your own commercial business with the structure, credibility and systems already in place so you can focus on winning and delivering high-value instructions rather than building the business infrastructure from scratch.
Earnings Potential
You earn 70% of the fee on every completed transaction. Typical fees range from £6,000 to £10,000 or more per property. Complete two commercial transactions per month and earn a gross income of £100,000 or more in your first year.
Higher-value transactions mean fewer completions are needed to achieve significant income Income grows as your deal flow and network expands Residual and scalable income available through network growth
