I'm currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Assistant to join a well-established and supportive legal team based in Poulton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in either Residential Property or Commercial Property who is looking to develop their career within a busy and friendly Commercial Property department.
If you're currently working in Residential Property and have been considering a move into Commercial Property, this role offers full training and support to help you make that transition.
What you'll be doing
You'll be working closely with an experienced Commercial Property team, supporting a wide range of transactions and providing excellent service to clients.

- Liaising with commercial clients, tenants, landlords, managing agents and other professionals.
- Reviewing title documentation and assisting with the preparation of contracts and legal documents.
- Managing pre-contract enquiries, taking client instructions and preparing responses to enquiries from other solicitors.
- Keeping clients, agents, lenders and solicitors updated throughout transactions.
- Managing files, preparing documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
What we're looking for
- Experience working within a law firm in either Residential Property or Commercial Property.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to delivering a high standard of client service.
