Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £70,000
Work arrangement: Hybrid - Full Time
A highly regarded Legal 500 ranked regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive.
About the Role
This is a growth opportunity within a well-established and successful department, offering the chance to work alongside an experienced Head of Department and play a key role in the continued development of the team. The firm has a strong reputation in the market and is known for delivering high-quality legal advice whilst maintaining a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture.
The successful candidate will join a busy and expanding Commercial Property team, handling a broad range of matters including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Development work
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Real estate investment and general commercial property transactions
- Agricultural property matters
The role would suit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive looking for the opportunity to take ownership of high-quality work, develop client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing growth of a respected regional practice.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build their profile within the market and have a genuine impact on the future direction of the team. The firm is particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong client relationships and business development capability, with the ability to help grow the department further.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters
- Work with a diverse client base including developers, investors, businesses, and landowners
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the department

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Have strong technical experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Be commercially minded with excellent client management skills
- Have experience building relationships and developing business (essential for more senior appointments)
- Be confident working autonomously whilst contributing positively to a wider team
- Have a genuine interest in developing their career within a long-standing and successful firm
