Role Overview
As an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality commercial property matters, develop your client relationships, and play a key role in the continued expansion of a market-leading practice.
Your New Team
Working as part of a nationally recognised Commercial Property team, you will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters for investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, developers and other commercial clients.

Your New Role
- Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, asset management and telecoms work.
- Lead transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial property agreements.
- Support clients involved in strategic development projects.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate and Transactional Property Group.
- Participate in business development, networking and profile-raising activities.
- Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
- Deliver commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice aligned to clients' business objectives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Applications are encouraged from qualified Commercial Property Solicitors with experience gained at a respected regional, national or international law firm.
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
- Strong technical and drafting skills.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach.
- Confidence managing matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- An interest in business development and growing client relationships.
- A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members, particularly at Senior Associate or Managing Associate level.
