Your Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and manage commercial property claims from first notification through to settlement, always meeting agreed service standards and business goals.
- Support customers and brokers throughout the claims journey, ensuring open communication and adherence to processes.
- Apply technical claims knowledge to assess liability, resolve queries, and agree fair settlements.
- Share knowledge with colleagues to foster team growth and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in handling commercial property claims—with a solid grasp of policy wording, coverage, and claims processes.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload, balancing efficiency with meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, experience dealing with brokers, policyholders, adjusters, and internal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgement in liability assessment, documentation review, and settlement agreements.
