Opportunity: Commercial Property Lawyer
Location: Bath | Hybrid | Flexible Working
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus

The Commercial Property team advises a diverse range of clients including businesses, investors, developers, landlords and occupiers across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join the team.
The Role:
You'll be involved in a varied caseload covering all aspects of commercial property, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Property development work
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Investment property transactions
- Portfolio management
- Supporting clients on strategic property matters

What We Are Looking For:
We're keen to speak with Commercial Property Solicitors who have:
- 3+ years' PQE gained within a reputable commercial property team
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ambition to continue developing and progressing their career
