Commercial Property Lawyer - Multiple Opportunities

We're growing our Commercial Property team and have more than one opportunity available for lawyers looking to develop their careers in a supportive, high-performing environment.

The Team
You'll be joining a close-knit team of 12 experienced Commercial Property lawyers, working alongside our Head of Property and colleagues across our Agricultural Property and Commercial Property teams. Collaboration is a key part of how we work, with partners and senior lawyers readily available to provide support, mentoring, and technical guidance.
As the team continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to play an active role in its future while benefiting from an approachable, friendly culture where everyone works together to deliver excellent client service.
The Role
You'll work with a broad and high-quality client base including landowners, commercial property owners, developers, housebuilders, and agricultural clients on a varied and interesting caseload.

The work is diverse and often complex, giving you exposure to sophisticated transactions while providing the support needed to develop your expertise in areas where you may have less experience.
Typical work includes:
- Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial and residential property
- Land acquisitions and disposals, including conditional contracts
- Promotion agreements
- Commercial and residential leases
- Development work including site acquisitions and disposals, option agreements, overage agreements, planning and infrastructure agreements, and plot sales
- Easements
- Secured lending
- Property portfolio financing
We're looking for someone who enjoys managing their own matters while also working alongside senior colleagues on larger, more complex transactions as they continue to develop.
About You
We're happy to consider candidates with 2 years' PQE or above, although we'll also consider those with slightly less experience who can demonstrate the right attitude and ambition.
You'll:
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients
- Deliver excellent client care
- Enjoy developing business relationships and networking opportunities
- Be keen to learn, develop, and contribute as part of a collaborative team
