Commercial Property Lawyer

AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a forward thinking, collaborative and reputable law firm as they look to expand their commercial property division.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join an award-winning team of specialists that deal with a wide range of high quality, complex, high value and high profile commercial property work. The team houses specialists in Core Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Investment, Clean & Renewable Energy, House Builder, Development, Management and General Advisory for a wide range of clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively and independently manage a mixed caseload of client matters
  • Provide clients with top quality legal advice that meets their needs entirely
  • Work on a full range of commercial property deals both locally and nationally
  • Advise clients fully on the broader implications of all transactions or advice given
  • Due diligence on large scale property projects
  • Sales and purchases both conditional and unconditional including overage arrangements
  • Property portfolio sales, purchases and leaseback deals
  • Commercial landlord and tenant
  • Commercial and residential property development, including site assembly
  • Promotion, option and hybrid agreements
  • Providing property support to corporate / finance transactions
  • Work closely with the team to help achieve the firm’s fee targets
