Commercial Real Estate Lawyer
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE
Type: Full-time | Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)
We're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join a dynamic London property company with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential and hotel assets.
Reporting to the Senior Solicitor, you'll provide pragmatic legal advice across acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects and commercial contracts, helping to protect and maximise the value of our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and development projects.
- Draft, negotiate and manage commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters.
- Handle real estate disputes and litigation.
- Negotiate and draft a range of commercial and supplier contracts.
- Provide practical legal advice across the business on day-to-day matters.
Hotel sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
- Strong experience in commercial property transactions and landlord & tenant matters.
- Proven ability to manage real estate disputes and negotiate complex contracts.
- Commercially focused with excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to prioritise workloads and deliver pragmatic legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Hotel real estate experience (not essential)

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- Hybrid working: 4 days in our Canary Wharf office, 1 day from home
