Commercial Property / Telecoms Associate (1–4 PQE)
Location: London
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
We are currently instructed on behalf of a leading London law firm to recruit a 1–4 PQE Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Property, Telecoms & Licensing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading specialist telecoms practices, working with an impressive client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters arising under the Electronic Communications Code.
Working alongside recognised experts in the field, you will advise on a variety of complex and high-profile matters, including:
- Drafting, negotiating and completing telecoms leases and licences.
- Advising on Electronic Communications Code matters.
- Preparing and serving statutory notices.
- Acting on Tribunal and Court proceedings to secure Code rights and renew telecoms agreements under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Managing your own caseload while collaborating closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters.

About You
Applications are welcomed from lawyers with existing telecoms experience, as well as Commercial Property Associates who are looking to develop a specialist practice within this growing sector.
The successful candidate will have:
- Between 1 and 4 years' post-qualification experience.
- A strong grounding in Commercial Property, with telecoms experience advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Confidence managing matters with appropriate supervision.
- A commercial approach and commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- A genuine interest in building long-term expertise in telecoms property law.
