About the Role
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our highly successful Commercial Property Litigation team to further bolster and support our offering to clients. This role entails handling a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property disputes while contributing to our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting clients with all elements of property dispute matters. Examples of areas you could expect to deal with include:

Commercial property disputes:
- Breachment of lease
- Rent arrears claims
- Forfeiture proceedings
- Disputes over breach of covenant
- Dilapidations claims
- Commercial lease disputes
- Business lease renewals

Easements and rights of way disputes

Adverse possession claims
-
Party wall and boundary disputes
-
Landlord and tenant disputes
-
Farming partnership disputes
-
Property ownership disputes (including TOLATA matters)

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
This role is well-suited to someone with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property litigation. We are seeking an ambitious, proactive, and enthusiastic professional who excels in client management, networking, and interpersonal communication.
Key Requirements:
- Keen commercial awareness and expertise in property disputes
- Strong business development and networking skills
- Ability to build a personal profile and contribute to the team’s success with a growth mindset
- Passionate about Collaborative contribution within a respected firm and sector development
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
